Job Location : Madampatti,
Coimbatore.

JD:

- Allotment of all departments fitters from daily.
- Organising and planning of work as per Schedule in all departments.
- Previous day reports and breakdowns to be attended - if any.
- Cleaning and preventive maintenance to be carried out without pending, incase any handshortage found ,to be done in overtime / discuss with FM as per the situation.
- Production and quality reports to be monitored to ensure proper working and avoiding quality deviations.
- Absentism to be monitored to avoid handshortage.
- Proper training and guiding to be given to all departments fitters and cleaning gangs to work in disciplinary manner.
- All department cleaning and maintenance activities to be completed in an estimated time to avoid utilisation loss.
- To cross check all the department cleaning and maintenance activities daily.
- All machines to be monitored individually if any abnormal sound occurred or not.
- All departments routine spares to be monitored to maintain the minimum stock for daily usage - i.e. travellers, belts, lubricants etc.
- Already ordered spares to be monitored to maintain the stock as soon as possible.
- All departments updations to be done to avoid repeated problem if any - to be discussed with FM/ MD.
- Machine calibration to be done along with the Electrical department - i.e autoleveller calibration in carding and drawing etc.
- Power saving audits to be done along with the Electrical department to minimise UKG.
- Troubleshooting to be carried out in all departments to avoid quality deterioration.
- Systematic entry and follow
- ups to be carried out
- Erecting of new machines for expansion to be done if any.
- Fire extinguishers and dampers zones to be checked at every B/R - CDG Full cleaning time to avoid fire accidents in shifts.
- Proper Record follow ups / system entry to be updated daily.

**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
