**About the Role**

We are seeking an individual to work alongside our Sales Team at our office in Thane, Maharashtra. As a Customer Support Executive, you will be at the forefront of our customer interactions, not only ensuring exceptional service but also actively identifying and nurturing potential leads. In addition, you will play a crucial role in collecting valuable customer feedback to enhance our service offerings. If you are a customer-oriented professional with a flair for lead generation and feedback analysis, this position offers an exciting blend of responsibilities to advance your career.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Lead Generation**: Identify potential leads during customer interactions and contribute to lead generation efforts.
- **Feedback Collection**:Actively gather customer feedback through surveys, calls, and other channels to understand customer satisfaction and areas for improvement.
- **Data Analysis**:Utilize collected data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for enhancing customer satisfaction and driving business growth.
- **Cross-functional Collaboration**:Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to align lead generation efforts with business goals.
- **Sales Support**:Assist in converting leads into sales opportunities by providing relevant information and assistance to potential customers.
- **Documentation**:Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions, feedback, and lead generation activities.

**Job Type** - Full time (6 days Working)

**Qualifications, Skills & Experience**:

- Bachelor's degree in any field.
- Proven experience in customer service and lead generation roles.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused mindset.
- Proficient in MS Office.
- Ability to analyze data and derive actionable insights.
- Proactive attitude with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.

- Work experience in industries like Pharmaceutical, Life Sciences, Chemical Manufacturing, Food technology
- Knowledge of Tally ERP
