- Responsibilities_
- Relevant HRSS experience (including with the activities noted below)_
- Activities include:_
- _Deep domain experience in HR & payroll operations and service delivery_
- _Experience of leading a team of HR Data Administration analysts, specialists, and leads that administer employee lifecycle business processes in Workday (or its replacement)_
- _Lead the overall operational activities and ensure noise-free operations, along with strong customer stakeholder management._
- _Identify, implement & oversee process improvements to ensure efficient and accurate data processing._
- _Oversee all compliance and SOX controls are effective and managed by defined policy and audit plans._
- _Partner with multiple stakeholders to ensure all data is efficiently managed in the Workday (or replacement HR system)_
- _Provides strategic business support and implements solutions to enable the business to achieve its talent and growth objectives._
- _Own HR Data Administration analytics, present data, findings, and recommendations to the People and Senior Leadership teams._
- _Serve as an escalation point of contact._
- _Interacts, on a regular basis, with different vendors to work on changes, solutions, and improvements._
- _Contributes to the regular operations review and quarterly business review of performance relative to contractual service level agreements. Work in collaboration with the cross-functional operation, technical and corporate teams to successfully manage large-scale projects such as continuous improvement initiatives, technology updates/upgrades, acquisitions/divestitures, etc._
- _Deep understanding of quality & compliance with NA/SA local laws & regulations is a must requirement._
- _Collaborate with service delivery teams in a global service delivery model._
- _Accountable for ensuring timely & quality delivery of own/team’s work and processes by supporting Service Levels. Capture and analyse appropriate metrics and data._
- _Forecast staffing needs and manage schedules in the Data Management & Operations team._
- _Drive change management in the organization to assure the success and adoption of the HR service delivery operating model._
- Qualifications_
- _Bachelor’s or equivalent education_
- _1-3 years of working experience in Payroll processing or pre-payroll_
- _Good communication skills for voice support_
- _Demonstrated competence in managing various HR functional areas like Talent Acquisition, Employee Lifecycle management, Employee support centre, Talent development, Compensation & Benefits processes_
- _Comfortable and thrive in an ambiguous, high growth, fast paced environment_
- _Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills_
- _Demonstrated credibility and integrity in communications to ensure information flows both upward and downward_
