Textile Lab Incharge

**Job responsibilities**

**1.** **Measurement of Product Quality and Compliances**

a. Quality check of all incoming material to ensure required specification

b. Coordination and timely implementation of suggestions from Quality Manager

**2.** **Testing & Quality operations**

a. Collecting the samples and testing of in-process and final samples

b. Generating the analysis/testing reports

c. Reporting to Quality manager related to quality issue observed during analysis

d. Inform to Supervisor related to calibration dues for instruments

**3.** **People and performance**

a. Communicate personal and subordinates issues with Quality Manager

**4.** **Environment, Safety & Housekeeping**

a. Maintaining the neat and clean working environment.

b. Kept the wastes in dedicated waste bins.

c. Do safe operations in the factory by strictly enforcing safety measures during Operation

d. Maintain all Safety Standards in the plant

e. Ensure good housekeeping in testing lab

**5.** **Additional duties**

a. To review & update Internal /External Issues, Requirements of Interested parties, Risk & Opportunities, Environmental aspect Impact & HIRA.

b. Effective utilization of facility and Equipment and to minimize waste generation.

c. All necessary controls for Occupational Health, Safety and Environment.

**Educational Qualification (Min. Requirement)**

Graduate

**Experience: (Min. Experience for the Job Profile)**

Should have a professional experience in similar capacity for not less than 2-3 years.

**Min. Skill Requirement For the Job Profile**

Technical Knowledge for the product, Communication Skills, Basic Computer Skills (MS office), Analytical Ability.

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
