**Job Description**:
We’re seeking a talented and motivated UI/UX Designer with 2+ years of experience to join our dynamic team. As a UI/UX Designer at Swivl, you’ll be at the forefront of reimagining our platform’s user experience, creating intuitive and aesthetically pleasing designs that empower field service businesses to thrive.

**Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate closely with product managers, front-end developers, and stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into user-centered designs.
- Design and prototype wireframes, user flows, and high-fidelity mockups with a strong focus on usability and accessibility.
- Conduct user research and usability testing to gather feedback and refine designs iteratively.
- Establish and maintain a design system and style guide to ensure consistency across the platform.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, tools, and best practices to deliver modern, innovative designs.
- Work alongside developers to ensure designs are implemented effectively and maintain design integrity post-launch.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 2 years of professional experience in UI/UX design.
- A strong portfolio showcasing your ability to design user-friendly, aesthetically pleasing, and functional interfaces, including extensive work with Figma.
- Advanced proficiency in Figma for wireframing, prototyping, and creating scalable design systems.
- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles, usability best practices, and responsive design.
- Expertise in visual design elements such as typography, color theory, and layout.
- Familiarity with accessibility standards and best practices for inclusive design.
- Hands-on experience with user research methods, usability testing, and analyzing feedback for design improvement.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with product managers, developers, and stakeholders.
- Ability to balance user needs with business goals and technical feasibility.

Preferred Skills
- Experience with advanced figma features like component libraries, prototyping animations, and design tokens.
- Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript to collaborate effectively with developers.
- Ability to create micro-interactions and animations to enhance user experience.
- Knowledge of WCAG guidelines and inclusive design practices.
- Experience leading or participating in design thinking workshops.
- Familiarity with working in Agile environments and using tools like Jira or Trello.
- Experience with tools like Hotjar, Google Analytics, or Mixpanel to analyze user behavior.
- Ability to extend and enhance the brand identity across digital platforms.
- Experience designing for web, mobile (iOS/Android), and tablet platforms.
- Proficiency with tools like UserTesting, Maze, or Lookback for conducting usability tests.
- Familiarity with the field service industry or similar SaaS products.
