**Key Responsibilities**:

- Create simple training programs for IT topics.
- Make easy-to-follow materials like manuals and presentations.
- Show people how to use computers and tech stuff.
- Make hands-on activities to practice what they learn.
- Make tests to see how well people understand.
- Fix lessons based on feedback.
- Keep up with tech changes and update lessons.
- Make sure lessons are current.
- Encourage discussions and group work.
- Make learning fun and engaging.
- Give extra help to those who need it.
- Understand and solve learning challenges.
- Ask people how to make lessons better.
- Improve training based on what people say.
- Team up with other trainers and tech experts.
- Connect training with what the organization needs.
- Write down what is taught and who attends.
- Create guides for future use.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Education, or a related field.
- IT or training certifications are a plus.

**Skills**:

- Good at explaining things.
- Knows about computers and tech.
- Can adapt lessons for different skill levels.

**Experience**:

- Previous IT training or related experience is a bonus.
- Understands how adults learn.

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Performance bonus
