**Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound calls to potential customers from provided leads or generated databases.
- Introduce GK Rickshaw Ltd products and services, explain their features and benefits, and engage customers in conversation to understand their needs.
- Use persuasive selling techniques to promote and sell GK Rickshaw products, aiming to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships through regular follow-ups, addressing customer inquiries, and providing exceptional customer service.
- Identify sales opportunities, upsell additional products or services, and close sales deals.
- Record and maintain accurate customer information, sales activities, and other relevant data in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with team members, sharing best practices and contributing to the overall success of the sales team.
- Stay updated on industry trends, product knowledge, and competitor activities to effectively address customer questions and objections.
- Attend sales training sessions and meetings to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques.
- Maintain a positive and professional attitude, ensuring customer satisfaction and a strong brand image for GK Rickshaw Ltd.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum of 6 months of experience in telesales or a similar role is preferred, but **freshers with strong motivation and potential are also eligible to apply**.
- Fluency in the local language is mandatory. Proficiency in English will be an added advantage.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage customers and build rapport over the phone.
- Strong persuasive and negotiation skills to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and prioritize tasks.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software to record customer interactions and sales activities.
- Customer-centric mindset with a focus on delivering exceptional service.
- Positive attitude, self-motivated, and driven to succeed.
- High level of integrity and ethical conduct in dealing with customers and colleagues.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to changing sales strategies and market dynamics.

**Salary**: ₹8,086.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
