In-house Journalist

**Responsibilities**:

- **Research and Reporting**:

- Conduct in-depth research on trends, developments, and relevant news.
- Compile accurate and well-researched reports for internal and external distribution.
- **Content Creation**:

- Write compelling and informative articles, blog posts, press releases, and other content.
- Craft engaging narratives that effectively communicate our message and values.

**Interviews and Communication**:

- Conduct interviews with key personnel, industry experts, and other stakeholders to gather insights.
- Collaborate with different departments to ensure accurate representation of information in content.

- Stay updated on industry news, competitor activities, and emerging trends.
- Monitor and analyze media coverage

**Collaboration**:

- Work closely with marketing, communications, and other teams to align content with overall strategy.
- Collaborate with graphic designers and multimedia specialists to enhance content with visuals and multimedia elements.

**Editing and Proofreading**:

- Review and edit content to ensure clarity, accuracy, and adherence to style guidelines.
- Proofread materials before publication to maintain high-quality standards.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Journalism, Communication
- Proven experience as a journalist or content writer, preferably in-house or in a related industry.
- Strong research and analytical skills.
- Excellent writing and editing abilities with attention to detail.
- Familiarity with digital media trends and social media platforms.
- Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines.

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
