Construction Supervisor

**Requirement of the Construction Supervisor with experience in Buildings**
- **Construction Oversight**: Supervisors in buildings are responsible for overseeing the construction process from start to finish. They monitor the progress of construction activities, ensure adherence to project plans and specifications, and maintain quality standards.
- **Team Supervision**: They supervise and direct construction crews, subcontractors, and laborers. They take instruction from Engineer in charge and assign tasks, provide guidance and instructions, and ensure that work is carried out efficiently and safely.
- **Safety Management**: Supervisors have a critical role in ensuring a safe working environment. They enforce safety protocols, conduct regular safety inspections, and address any safety concerns promptly. They promote a culture of safety awareness and ensure compliance with relevant safety regulations.
- **Quality Control**: Supervisors are responsible for ensuring that construction work meets the required quality standards. They conduct inspections, review workmanship, and verify compliance with project plans and specifications. They address any deficiencies or non-compliance to maintain quality throughout the construction process.
- **Progress Reporting**: They provide regular progress updates to Site Engineer, Planning Engineer and project managers.
- **Problem Solving**: Supervisors are responsible for identifying and resolving construction
- related problems that arise during the project. They analyze issues, propose solutions, and collaborate with project teams to overcome challenges and keep the construction process on track.
- **Communication and Coordination**: Supervisors maintain effective communication with, engineers, subcontractors, and clients. They coordinate construction activities with other trades to ensure smooth workflow and resolve any conflicts or issues that arise.

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
