As a Pharmacy Assistant, your key responsibilities include:
- Filling prescriptions and advising patients on dosage.
- Dispensing drugs based on doctor's prescriptions and arranging substitutes when necessary.
- Ensuring accuracy in billing and cross-checking medication details.
- Providing customer service by counseling patients on health and maintaining good relations.
- Managing cold chain storage of medications.
- Handling cash transactions at the billing counter.
- Managing inventory, including stock entry, reconciliation, and maintaining records.
- Monitoring sales targets and striving to meet them.
- Performing other duties as assigned.
Qualifications required: D. Pharm / B.Pharm / M.Pharm
**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹32,000.00 per month
