We Have job Opening for CLM Executive at Techno Led _ Chhani, Vadodara Location.

Designation: CLM Executive

Qualification: B. Com / M. Com / BBA / MBA

Experience: Min 2 to 5 Years

Location: Chhani, Vadodara

**JOB Description**:
► Ensure system compliances of Contract Labour pertaining to PF & ESIC.

► Maintain KYC & Employee Master of Contractual Labour in Saral & Cosec Matrix.

► Ensure compliance to all labour laws in the manufacturing unit

► Ensure timely payment of contractors and renewal of their contract within the laws applicable

► Manage time disbursal of wages to contract labour

►contact with respective departments and sections for receiving requests for contract manpower, and create monthly/ weekly contract labour deployment plan in coordination with respective department

► Liaise with contract labour suppliers to arrange manpower with appropriate skills and ensure fulfilment of approved contract labour deployment plan

► Support internal/ external audits and/or inspections by labour department on a periodic basis by preparing and producing documents as desired

► Participate in negotiations with the contractors as representative of HR Department
