**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Export Order Management**:

- Handle export orders from customers, including order entry, processing, and ensuring timely execution of shipments.
- Prepare accurate and complete export documentation including invoices, packing lists, certificates of origin, bills of lading, export permits, and letters of credit.
- Review orders for compliance with export regulations, customs procedures, and company policies.
- Collaborate with the production team to ensure that customer requirements and deadlines are met.
- **Coordination with Sales and Logistics**:

- Serve as the primary point of contact between the sales team, customers, and logistics partners to coordinate the shipment of goods.
- Manage logistics arrangements, including selecting freight forwarders, negotiating rates, and ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery of products.
- Ensure that export shipments comply with customs requirements and other international trade regulations.
- Track and monitor shipments, providing customers with timely updates and resolving any issues related to delays or documentation discrepancies.
- **Customer Relationship Management**:

- Maintain regular communication with international customers to ensure satisfaction, address inquiries, and provide updates on order status and shipment details.
- Work closely with customers to clarify product specifications, delivery timelines, and terms of sale.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers, contributing to the growth of the company’s export sales portfolio.
- Provide after-sales support for export customers, handling returns, replacements, or other post-shipment inquiries.
- **Compliance and Documentation Management**:

- Ensure full compliance with international trade laws, customs regulations, and industry standards, including handling required licenses, tariffs, taxes, and trade restrictions.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of international shipping procedures, export tariffs, and trade agreements.
- Assist in preparing and submitting necessary documents for customs clearance and other regulatory requirements.
- Liaise with customs brokers, freight forwarders, and shipping companies to resolve any export-related issues promptly.
- **Market Research and Sales Support**:

- Assist the sales team with market research and identifying new international markets and business opportunities.
- Analyze customer feedback and market trends to recommend improvements to the export process or product offerings.
- Work with the marketing department to support promotional activities and develop strategies to increase exports to target regions.
- **Lead Generation at Exhibitions**:

- Attend key industry trade exhibitions, fairs, and conferences, both locally and internationally, to generate leads and build brand visibility.
- Actively network with potential customers and partners to promote the company’s products and services.
- Gather market intelligence, understand competitors, and evaluate potential business opportunities during exhibitions.
- Represent the company at exhibitions by setting up the booth, providing product information, and engaging with visitors to maximize lead generation.
- Follow up on leads generated at exhibitions, qualifying them, and initiating further sales discussions.
- **Reporting and Data Analysis**:

- Prepare and maintain accurate reports on export activities, including sales forecasts, shipment tracking, and export performance metrics.
- Analyze export data to identify trends, track sales performance, and provide insights to senior management for decision-making.
- Maintain accurate records of export transactions and ensure proper documentation for audits and regulatory reviews.
- **Cross-functional Collaboration**:

- Work closely with the procurement, inventory, and finance teams to ensure product availability and timely dispatch.
- Coordinate with the finance team to ensure correct invoicing and payment processing for export transactions.
- Support the management in the preparation of export sales budgets, forecasts, and strategies for growth.

**Qualifications**:

- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, International Trade, Logistics, or a related field.
- **Experience**: Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in export sales coordination, international trade, or a related role in a **manufacturing environment**.
- **Knowledge**: Strong understanding of export sales processes, international trade regulations, customs clearance, shipping terms (Incoterms), and documentation.
- **Technical Skills**: Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), ERP systems, and export compliance tools.
- **Communication Skills**: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. Knowledge
