**Job Summary**:
We are looking for a dynamic and knowledgeable individual to join our team as a YouTube Faculty at our Preet Vihar Center. The YouTube Faculty will play a crucial role in creating engaging and informative video content, including marathon sessions, current affairs updates, and short recordings, to cater to the needs of UPSC aspirants.

**Key Responsibilities**:
1. **Video Content Creation**:

- Create engaging and concise YouTube videos on current affairs, exam strategies, and other relevant topics.
- Develop short and impactful recordings to address specific queries or provide quick revision material.

2. **UPSC Knowledge**:

- Possess a deep understanding of the UPSC exam pattern, syllabus, and current trends.
- Having written mains and attended interviews for UPSC, demonstrating firsthand experience and insights.

3. **Quality Assurance**:

- Ensure the quality and accuracy of content delivered in videos.
- Regularly update content to align with the latest developments and changes in the UPSC examination pattern.

4. **Engagement and Interaction**:

- Foster engagement with the audience through comments, live sessions, and interactive features.
- Respond to queries and comments promptly, creating a positive and supportive online learning community.

5. **Collaboration**:

- Coordinate with the curriculum team to align video content with ongoing courses and study plans.
- Collaborate with other educators to enhance the overall online learning experience.

**Qualifications**:

- Successful completion of UPSC mains examination and interview.
- Proven experience in creating educational content for YouTube or similar platforms.

**Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and Key Result Areas (KRAs)**:

- Number of subscribers and views on the YouTube channel.
- Positive feedback and engagement from the audience.
- Consistency in delivering quality and relevant content.
- Collaboration and coordination with the curriculum team.

**How to Apply**:

**Salary**: ₹11,347.09 - ₹59,001.60 per month
