Nap Chief is India's youngest D2C Kid's wear brand which has already created a roar in the market. We are home to the kids favourite character merchandise. By implementing the founding team's 25+ years of experience in the têxtile and apparel industry, Nap Chief is able to bring Home and Play wear for Kids with Premium Fabrics and International Styles.

If you are excited to build a Made in India Brand taking on the world, Nap Chief will be the right fit. You would be working closely with the founders and helping the Brand grow from 1- 10 Stage.

Role
- This is a generalist role which will morph into a specialist role based on your strengths
- This role’s most important skill is in-depth problem solving skills and not giving up
- You should be great at research, analysis, be strong with numbers, basic business analysis and preparing important reports and gleaning insights from the data.
- You must be solution-oriented and thrive in a fast paced, demanding and ambitious environment. This work demands a self-starter who is motivated to deliver an exceptional experience. There is no No for answer in this role.
- It will require digging into detailed business metrics, identifying root causes/ insights, and picking up hands-on execution to drive projects to closure within expected timelines.

Qualifications and Skills:

- Bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising, finance, business, or a related field.
- Self Starter with a passion for building a D2C brand
- Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights.
- Excellent verbal communication skills to communicate clearly and effectively with brands and colleagues at all levels
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Detail-oriented and highly organized.

You will be a part of a tightly knit team that works directly with the founders focusing on solving interesting problems. We are looking for a first principle thinker with great problem-solving, data and people skills.

**Salary**: ₹800,000.00 - ₹1,000,000.00 per year

- Bangalore, Karnataka: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
