**Key Result Area**

1. Plant Maintenance Plan, monitor & guide the Electrical teams for planning & execution of operation & maintenance activities to ensure uninterrupted operation of the plant to achieve targeted production

2. Project Execution Plan, coordinate & monitor execution of various projects & schemes related to Electrical so that they are completed within the stipulated time & budget

3. Planning, Budgeting & Cost Control Plan & ensure preparation of maintenance budget, monitor & control department cost well within the budget and also monitor energy consumption and plan for its conservation on a continuous basis to reduce energy cost.

4. Energy Conservation Identify, plan & implement energy conservation measures on a continuous basis to reduce energy cost

5. Work Environment & Safety Ensure implementation & adherence of safety system & procedures to meet statutory requirements so as to maintain safe & accident free work place

6. Quality Systems Implementation Supervise & monitor quality systems (ISO, EMS, WCM, OHSAS, ICSA) in the Department through the involvement of people for improving plant performance as per quality/ environmental standards & internal customer satisfaction.

7. People Management Build & sustain a congenial work culture by effective management of people to improve productivity, growth & motivation levels of employees to institutionalize best organizing practices in the unit.

**Qualifications**:
Bachelor Of Engineering

**Minimum Experience Level**:
12-15 Years
