Qualification - MBA (Sales and Marketing)

Roles and Responsibilities
- Building and maintaining relations with potential customers for real estate as well as the developer's team.
- Doing the primary research on the market and keeping the sales team updated on internal knowledge
- Organizing events for generating leads for getting prospects.
- Presenting the projects to clients and negotiating with the clients as well as real estate developers.
- Helping the customers with documentation of loans and other papers for agreement.
- Responsible for selling Real Estate In Commercial and Residential
- Managing a team of Portfolio Managers, BDM's & BDE's
- Maintaining Strong Relationships with Developers, Real estate corporates, third-party Channels, New and Existing Clients
- Responsible for Revenue Maximization, and lead generation with the support from Marketing team through various digital Campaigns
- Conducting competitor analysis & competency mapping for keeping abreast of market trends and competitor moves to achieve market share
- Performing Market analysis to identify client's needs, Project details, Price Schedules, and Discount rates.

Technical Skills
- Must have In-Depth knowledge of Real estate.
- Ability how to deal with potential customers.
- Should have good personality and communication skills.
- Should have convincing skills.
