Sales Trainee

Assist with design and development of new cutting tools, including 3D modeling, simulation, and analysis.
- Conduct experiments and tests to evaluate tool performance and optimize parameters.
- Understanding the sales need and connecting with the dealers.
- Prepare technical reports and presentations on findings.
- Support production and quality control activities.
- Stay up-to-date on the latest industry trends and technologies.
- Participate in cross-functional team projects.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficient in CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, CATIA).
- Knowledge of finite element analysis (FEA) and optimization techniques (optional).
- Passion for learning and eagerness to contribute new ideas.
