The Project Coordinator for the Design Team plays a crucial role in ensuring smooth collaboration among the Sales, Design, and Project Management teams in both the US and India. The responsibilities include:
**Project Planning and Scheduling**:
- Collaborate with Sales teams to grasp project briefs and client requirements.
- Communicate the brief effectively to the design team to initiate the required project design.
**Project Status Tracking and Report Generation**:
- Maintain updated Management Information System (MIS) sheets with the current status of each design project.
- Regularly communicate with designers for progress updates and problem-solving.
**Trade Show Information Gathering**:
- Conduct thorough online research for essential information needed for upcoming trade shows.
- Compile details like regulations, floor plans, etc., to fulfill project requirements.
**Coordination for On-Time Delivery**:
- Work closely with Design and Project Managers (US Team) to coordinate project timelines.
- Ensure effective communication between teams for on-time delivery of design changes.
**Communication and Collaboration**:
- Act as a liaison between Sales, Design, and Project Management teams.
- Facilitate regular meetings to discuss project progress, challenges, and upcoming tasks.
**Quality Control**:
- Implement and maintain quality control processes to ensure designs meet client specifications.
- Conduct regular reviews of design deliverables to identify and address issues.
**Problem Resolution**:
- Proactively identify and address challenges that may impact project timelines or deliverables.
- Collaborate with team members to find effective solutions and maintain project momentum.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Business, or a related field.
- Proven experience in project coordination, specifically with US and UK projects.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in project management tools and software.
**Additional Information**:
- This role involves working with North American clients and collaborating with an international team.
- Flexibility with both Indian and US timing is required.
- Only employees with prior experience working for US & UK projects will be considered.
**Job Type**: Permanent
**Salary**: ₹400,000.00 - ₹700,000.00 per year
