+ 3,600 Optum Allowance (+PHP 1400 Transporation Allowance for Makati and Taguig Hire) + PHP 15,000 USRN Allowance

Work Setup/Shift Schedule - Night Shift; Observes US Holidays; Hybrid

Site - QC; Taguig; Makati; Muntinlupa; Cebu

Skillsets Required/Qualifications:

- Available to start ASAP
- Active mainland USRN Licensed with minimum of 2 years’ experience in ER/Med-Surg/Critical Care Units or at least 1.5 years of experience in claims clinical reviews'
- Ability to anticipate customer needs and proactively develops solutions to meet them
- Ability to serve as a key resource on complex and/or critical issues
- Ability to solve complex problems and develops innovative solutions
- Ability to perform complex conceptual analyses
- Ability to review work performed by others and provides recommendations for improvement
- Ability to forecast and plan resource requirements

- Ability to provide explanations and information to others on the most complex issues
