As a Remote Pilot Training Instructor, you will play a crucial role in educating and preparing individuals for a career as a DGCA approved drone pilots. Your responsibilities include conducting training courses, developing materials, ensuring compliance with regulations, and maintaining the highest standards of safety during training activities.

**Key Responsibilities**:
Course Conduct:

- Deliver Remote Pilot Training courses in accordance with the approved syllabus and Training Program Manual (TPM)
- Conduct both classroom and hands-on training sessions covering UAS operations, regulations, safety protocols, and flight procedures.

Assessment and Testing:

- Evaluate and test trainees' competency in theoretical knowledge, lab training, simulator sessions, and practical flying
- Develop examination questions, and validate them as necessary to ensure a comprehensive assessment.

Material Development:

- Create and maintain training materials, including presentations, manuals, and training aids
- Stay current with industry developments and update training materials accordingly.

Regulatory Compliance:

- Stay up-to-date with evolving UAS regulations and industry best practices
- Ensure that UAS operations during training adhere to applicable regulations and guidelines.

Safety Standards:

- Uphold and enforce safety standards during all training activities.

Intellectual Property and Confidentiality:

- Safeguard the Intellectual Property rights of the organization.
- Maintain confidentiality of proprietary information related to training materials and methods.

**Qualifications**:

- Hold DGCA Remote Pilot Certificate and Remote Pilot Instructor Certificates (Small and Medium category )
- Successful completion of the DGCA-approved Train the Trainer program for the relevant category and class of RPA, along with Trainer certification
- 1 to 4 years of experience as a Drone pilot instructor
- Teaching or training experience is highly preferable
- Strong knowledge of UAS regulations and safety guidelines
- Excellent communication and instructional skills.

**Salary**: ₹360,000.00 - ₹660,000.00 per year
