**About the team**

The Social Media Team is a team that functions purely on data, creativity, IG reels & caffeine (occasionally beer). We’re a motley crew that was put together to make the impossible possible; i.e., make fintech fun. We’re now on the hunt for a young, hungry writer to join us on this mission. (Don’t worry, you don’t need to be good at math.)

We're currently a team of 5 and plan to grow twofold soon. As a typical startup, we have classic 0-1 problem to solve. To make our social as the best talked brand in the country. We have problems galore and want folks who can roll up their sleeves and are up for a challenge.

**About the role**

It’s a rare talent to solve business & marketing problems with effective copy that sells & delights. Unfortunately, we’re looking for someone with precisely this talent. Some may say it’s easier to find a unicorn ‍️

Needless to say, there's never a dull time in slice. You’ll be promised all the perks of joining a fast-paced, hyper-growth startup that aims to disrupt the payments space.

**What You will do**
- Proactively think of disruptive ideas even when there are no briefs to help make slice one of India’s most-loved brands.
- Maintain a pipeline of content across all our channels - ensuring consistency and relevance to the brand
- Conceptualise brand campaigns across our social media channels
- The usual - strong communication, good inter-personable skills

- Create brand propositions to increase slice's user baser organically and inorganically

**What you will need**
- UG in a Tier-1 ivy league college. LOL. Yes, yes, we understand you don't need a degree to be able to understand contemporary culture (1-2 years of experience as a copywriter, preferably with a young brand)
- A good sense of meme culture, creative copywriting skills and understanding of social media channels
- All the required tools needed to create humorous content and be able to trendjack popular social media events
- A portfolio of work that showcases your ability to think and write. Strong content skills - we want to see what you write, how you write, and if you have a way with words.
- A social media profile with quality content is an added bonus - this is the best way to show your repertoire of work and get our attention.
