Destination Expert

Key Responsibilities:
1. Client Consultation:

- Conduct detailed consultations with clients to understand their travel preferences, interests, and budget.
- Offer personalized recommendations based on client profiles and specific destination expertise.

2. Destination Knowledge:

- Maintain comprehensive and up-to-date knowledge of specific destinations, including local customs, attractions, accommodations, dining options, and transportation.
- Stay informed about current travel advisories, safety information, and entry requirements.

3. Itinerary Planning:

- Design custom travel itineraries that align with clients’ interests and preferences.
- Arrange accommodations, transportation, activities, tours, and dining reservations.

4. Booking and Reservations:

- Handle all travel bookings and reservations, ensuring accuracy and timely confirmation.
- Manage relationships with travel suppliers, such as hotels, tour operators, and transportation providers.

5. Customer Service:

- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the travel planning process and during clients’ trips.
- Address and resolve any issues or emergencies that may arise during travel.

6. Travel Documentation:

- Assist clients with obtaining necessary travel documents, such as visas, passports, and travel insurance.
- Provide detailed pre-travel information and tips to clients.

7. Marketing and Sales:

- Promote travel services and packages through various marketing channels.
- Develop and maintain a client base through networking, referrals, and repeat business.

8. Continuous Learning:

- Participate in destination training programs, workshops, and familiarization trips to enhance knowledge and expertise.
- Stay updated on industry trends and new travel products.

Qualifications:

- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Travel and Tourism, Hospitality Management, or a related field (preferred but not always required).
- Experience: Proven experience in travel planning, travel consulting, or a related field. In-depth knowledge of specific destinations is crucial.
- Skills:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Proficiency in using travel booking systems and software.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per hour

Schedule:

- Morning shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Commission pay
- Performance bonus
