We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Social Media Marketer to join our marketing agency. As a Social Media Marketer, you will be responsible for managing and implementing social media strategies for our diverse range of clients across various industry segments. Your primary objective will be to drive brand awareness, engagement, and generate leads through effective social media campaigns.

**Responsibilities**:
Strategy Development: Collaborate with clients and internal teams to develop comprehensive social media strategies tailored to each client's goals, target audience, and industry segment.

Content Creation: Create engaging and compelling content for social media platforms, including written posts, graphics, images, videos, and other multimedia elements. Ensure all content aligns with brand guidelines and resonates with the target audience.

Platform Management: Manage and optimize social media accounts on platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube. Regularly monitor and update profiles, respond to comments and messages, and proactively engage with followers.

Campaign Execution: Plan and execute social media campaigns, including ad campaigns, promotions, contests, and collaborations. Monitor campaign performance, track key metrics, and make data-driven adjustments to optimize results.

Community Building: Foster a strong online community for each client by actively engaging with followers, influencers, and industry partners. Encourage user-generated content, respond to customer inquiries, and manage online reputation.

Analytics and Reporting: Track, analyze, and report on social media performance metrics, such as reach, engagement, conversions, and ROI. Provide regular reports to clients, highlighting campaign results and making recommendations for improvement.

Market Research: Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices. Conduct competitor analysis and industry research to identify opportunities and develop innovative strategies.

Client Communication: Act as the primary point of contact for clients regarding social media marketing initiatives. Regularly communicate campaign updates, results, and recommendations to ensure client satisfaction and retention.

**Requirements**:
Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).

Proven experience as a social media marketer or in a similar role, preferably in an agency setting.

Strong knowledge of social media platforms, their algorithms, and best practices.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Proficiency in using social media management tools and analytics platforms.

Creativity and ability to think outside the box to develop innovative social media strategies.

Strong analytical skills to track and interpret campaign performance data.

Ability to multitask, manage multiple client accounts, and meet deadlines.

Understanding of different industry segments and the ability to adapt strategies accordingly.

Knowledge of advertising principles and experience in running social media ad campaigns is a plus.
