Café Supervisor

**Job description**

Barista
- Should have very good barista skills and capable of maintaining consistency in all the brews.
- Should be able to train the cafe staff on brewing skills and create necessary checks to maintain the quality

Customer Servcie
- All our staff especially the cafe staff should be trained well regularly on how to interact with customers.
- Building customer trust and ensuring repeated visits. Amicably resolving customer escalations

Team Management
- Resources management (maintaining leave etc) and conducting regular performance evaluations
- Identifying ways to improve staff morale

Purchase and Inventory
- Keeping track of stock and wastage and should be able to implement necessary tools to reduce waste
- Identifying vendors and getting best price for purchases

Space
- Making sure the space is clean, and everything is in proper working condition
- Doing maintenance work as and when needed (pest control), electricity, water etc

Expected skills:

- Should be very comfortable working in a tech savvy environment
- Fluent in English, and a regional language will be a plus
- Prior experience working as a café supervisor will be a plus

Pay: ₹12,460.45 - ₹33,306.48 per month

Schedule:

- Rotational shift
