**Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with design team to interpret client requirements and create detailed technical drawings.
- Craft high-quality bespoke furniture using traditional joinery techniques and modern machinery.
- Select and prepare premium materials, including wood, veneers, and hardware, ensuring the highest standards of quality.
- Operate woodworking tools and machinery safely and effectively.
- Assemble and install cabinets, ensuring precise fit, alignment, and functionality.
- Conduct quality checks throughout the production process to maintain our uncompromising standards.
- Collaborate with the team to develop innovative design solutions and share knowledge.
- Maintain a clean and organized workshop environment.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Proven experience as a cabinet maker, preferably in a bespoke furniture or joinery workshop.
- Exceptional woodworking skills and a deep understanding of traditional joinery techniques.
- Proficient in reading and interpreting technical drawings.
- Expertise in operating woodworking tools and machinery, such as table saws, planers, and routers.
- Strong knowledge of different wood species, veneers, and finishing techniques.
- Meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to producing flawless work.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- A portfolio showcasing your previous work is highly desirable.
