**Job Description: AC Technician**:
We are seeking a skilled and reliable AC Technician to join our team and contribute to the installation, maintenance, and repair of air conditioning systems. The AC Technician will play a crucial role in ensuring the optimal performance of cooling and ventilation systems, maintaining customer satisfaction, and upholding the quality standards of our organization.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**1.** **Installation and Maintenance**:
a. Install, inspect, and maintain various types of air conditioning systems, including split ACs, central air systems, and ductless systems.

b. Perform routine maintenance tasks such as cleaning filters, checking refrigerant levels, and ensuring proper system lubrication.

c. Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues, including mechanical, electrical, and refrigeration problems.

d. Repair or replace defective components and parts to restore system functionality.

**2.** **System Performance Optimisation**:
a. Calibrate and adjust AC systems to achieve optimal cooling and energy efficiency.

b. Conduct performance tests to evaluate system output, airflow, and temperature differentials.

c. Recommend and implement improvements to enhance system efficiency and customer comfort.

**3.** **Customer Service**:
a. Interact with customers in a professional and courteous manner, addressing their concerns and inquiries.

b. Provide explanations to customers about system operation, maintenance, and potential repairs.

c. Offer guidance on best practices for maximizing the lifespan and performance of their AC systems.

**4.** **Safety and Compliance**:
a. Adhere to safety protocols and industry regulations while working on AC systems.

b. Maintain a safe and organized work environment, utilizing appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) when necessary.

c. Follow proper disposal procedures for refrigerants and other hazardous materials.

**5.** **Documentation and Reporting**:
a. Maintain accurate records of work performed, including diagnostics, repairs, and replacements.

b. Generate service reports and provide recommendations for additional services or upgrades when needed.

c. Collaborate with the supervisor or manager to update inventory and order necessary parts and materials.

**6.** **Continuous Learning**:
a. Stay updated on the latest industry trends, advancements, and technologies related to air conditioning systems.

b. Attend training sessions and workshops to enhance technical skills and knowledge.

**Qualification and requirement**:
a. High school diploma or equivalent.

b. Certification or diploma in HVAC technology or a related field is preferred.

c. Proven experience as an AC Technician or in a similar role.

d. Strong knowledge of air conditioning systems, components, and refrigeration principles.

e. Proficiency in diagnosing and troubleshooting technical issues.

f. Familiarity with various tools, equipment, and testing instruments used in HVAC work.

g. Excellent communication and customer service skills.

h. Attention to detail and ability to follow technical instructions.

i. Physical ability to lift heavy equipment, work in confined spaces, and perform manual labor.

**Preferred Qualification**:
a. Relevant industry certifications.

b. Experience in commercial HVAC systems.

c. Familiarity with smart and energy-efficient AC systems.

d. Basic understanding of electrical systems and wiring.
