Pre-Press DTP Operator & Structural Packaging Designer

**Job Description**:

- We are seeking a skilled DTP (Desktop Publishing) Operator to join our team. As a DTP _
- Operator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the visual appeal and accuracy of our company's printed and packaging materials. Your attention to detail, creative mindset, and technical proficiency will be essential in producing high-quality designs that meet our client's expectations. We are looking for a creative and talented DTP Operator with expertise in prepress, CTP plate creation, and structural packaging design._

**Responsibilities**:

- Utilise industry-standard software (such as Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop) to create visually appealing layouts for various print and packaging materials.
- Collaborate with brands to understand the project requirements, objectives, and target audience.
- Preparing files for print production by ensuring correct colour modes, resolution, and file formats.
- Edit and modify existing designs according to client feedback or project specifications.
- Maintain an organised file management system to ensure easy retrieval of design assets.
- Stay updated with the latest design trends, software advancements, and industry best practices.
- Create new packaging structure styles (KLD) for different brands as per product and brand’s purpose.
- Conducting preflight checks to identify any potential issues or errors before printing.
- Managing multiple projects simultaneously and meeting deadlines consistently.
- Strong attention to detail and an eye for visual aesthetics
- Good understanding of color management and print production processes
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and communicate effectively with colleagues.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
- Structured approach to your workflow.
- Must be proactive and have strong communication skills and soft skills, Hindi, English or Marathi are all acceptable.
- Ability to remain calm and focused in a fast-paced environment.
- Prior work experience in Design agency or Creative agency is an added bonus.

Skill Requirements:

- Proven experience as a DTP Operator or Structural Packaging development officer from the field of Offset Printed Packaging.
- Proficiency in having full knowledge and understanding on Printed Packaging Cartons,Corrugated Packaging, Commercial printing such as Product Catalog and Notepads etc.
- Proficiency in industry-standard software like Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign,Illustrator, Photoshop).
- Strong understanding of typography, color theory, layout principles, and graphic design concepts.
- Attention to detail with excellent proofreading skills to ensure accurate content placement and consistency.
- Ability to work under tight deadlines while maintaining high-quality standards.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with the design team and clients.
- Understand of different styles and types of packaging products.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Supplemental pay types:
