**Job Overview**

Fulfilling the planned objectives of a business through hiring and retaining employees is one job of an HR recruiter. HR professionals can succeed in this role by developing and implementing recruiting plans and strategies, striving to bring in the best people to fill company needs.

**Skills and Qualifications**:

- Bachelors & Masters degree in HR, business, or a related field.
- Excellent communication skills,
- Should have at least 6 months of experience in IT or Non T Recruitment.
- Should have good grip in sourcing profiles from various job portals & head hunting.
- Additional HR training or experience is a plus
- Excellent communication skills, interpersonal skills, ethics, and cultural awareness.
- Resourceful, problem-solving aptitude and thorough knowledge of HR procedures and policies.

**IT Recruiter Duties & Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute recruiting plans
- Develop and track goals for the recruiting and hiring process
- Maintain good network connections
- Handle administrative duties and recordkeeping
- Collect data on cost per hire and time-to-hire
- Screen applicants to evaluate if they meet the position requirements
- Work with hiring managers to create job descriptions
- Conduct regular follow-up with managers to determine the effectiveness of recruiting plans and implementation
- Should be flexible and able to work in critical situation

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent, Fresher

**Salary**: ₹8,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month

- tedhi pulia, Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

- Bachelor's (preferred)
