Procurement Executive

**Role Overview**
**Key Responsibilities**
- Identify and establish relationships with reliable vendors and suppliers for hardware and office supplies.
- Manage the end-to-end procurement process, including sourcing, negotiating, purchasing, and ensuring timely delivery of products.
- Analyze and evaluate vendor proposals to negotiate the best pricing, terms, and conditions for the company.
- Prepare and process purchase orders in accordance with company policies and procedures.
- Monitor inventory levels to ensure that supplies are available when needed while avoiding overstocking.
- Stay informed about market trends, pricing, and product availability to make informed purchasing decisions.
- Maintain accurate records of procurement activities and provide reports on procurement metrics and cost savings.
**Required Qualifications**
- 1-3 years of experience in procurement or purchasing, preferably in an office or tech environment.
- Strong negotiation skills with a proven track record of obtaining favorable terms.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with vendors and internal teams.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with procurement software or ERP systems.
