Position Title : Process Associate (Australian Process)

Reporting Line Direct : Team Leader/Sr. Process Exec

**Key Responsibilities**
- Inputs all data received from client - using CRM /Insight
- Taking quotes for renewals, new business, to do endorsements
- verify if the details uploaded are correct & verified with customers
- Adhere to all policies & procedures
- Maintaining confidentiality and integrity of information at all times.
- Ensuring they are familiar with and comply with information security policies and standards that relate to their work.
- Ensuring they are aware of their access rights.

**Skills**
- Learn quickly and take ownership of responsibilities
- Being analytical and effective
- Good spoken and written communications
- Competent in MS Word / Excel.
- Copes well under pressure & with uncertainty.
- Teamwork.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Morning shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Overtime pay
- Performance bonus
- Shift allowance

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Diploma (preferred)

Work Location: In person
