Body Shop Floor Controller

Body Shop Controller The duties and responsibilities of the selectedindividual will include**:Supervising a team of Technicians (Ducomen,Bodymen, Detailer and two Team Leaders).** Managing the time-keeping process for Technicians. **Monitoring the productivity and efficiency levels of Technicians via paper and electronic means(Microsoft Excel).** Allocating jobs to Technicians. **Setting and monitoring deadlines for job completion.** Ensuring quality control by monitoring the finalcondition of repairs. **Communicating with customers to update them onvehicle status.** Ordering material required for use in the Body Shopand controlling the management and dispatching ofmaterial. **Reporting daily on status of Key Performance Indicators. Qualifications, Skills, Experience and Attributesrequired**: Excellent interpersonal skills **Must be a leader, with experience in managingteams** Excellent communication skills (oral and written). **A minimum of three (3) years supervisoryexperience in a production based environment, wherejobs are time based.** Excellent administrative skills. Experience in a similar capacity in the automotiveindustry

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹29,000.00 per month
