Key responsibilities
- Provide dietary services in accordance with company guidelines, state laws and regulations.
- Develop the nutrition plans/ lifestyle correction plans and implement interventions based on client’s current health.
- Complete periodic diet-assessments of clients and adapt nutrition plans as needed.
- Implement personalized, age-specific and culturally appropriate nutrition strategies.
- Client nutritional profile monitoring.
- Deliver client’s nutrition recommendations to physicians, fitness team and nutrition department head.
- Provide nutrition education and counselling for the clients.
- Develop, review, update and implement informational materials to meet the needs of clients and professionals.
- Maintain cordial and supportive relations with clients.
- Obtain periodic feedback from the clients, regarding the plans provided to them.
- Maintain comprehensive records of the interaction done with the clients and the material sent to them.
- Contribute to the company’s growth by achieving periodic targets of client acquisition.
- Promote the brand and its services further.
- Organise periodic review sessions to analyse current performance and decide on ways through which it can improved.
- Other job-related tasks.
Skills and abilities required
- Diploma in Dietetics Health and Nutrition (DDHN) or equivalent certification from a reputed institution is mandatory.
- Knowledge of metabolism in relation to clinical nutrition.
- Knowledge of food chemistry and macro/micro-nutrition composition.
- Knowledge of food production and service systems in relation to safe, nutritious food products.
- Basic professional skills for interaction with a diverse group of people in the work setting (including physicians and para-medical staff, managers etc).
- High level of analytical abilities to interpret laboratory data, to identify and plan individual nutrition programs, and to discriminate new product claims and their physiological effects.
- High level of interpersonal skills necessary to provide counselling to patients and their families on nutrition related issues.
- Ability to work in changing environment.
Working conditions
- Team work, in a variety of patient care settings, research centres, and food service stations.
- Fast-paced work environment dealing with a wide variety of patients and families, providing consultation services, public speaking, or presentations to professional audiences.
- Work environments includes normal office, clinics, out-patient settings, public locations such as parks, fests, markets, food service areas and other locations as required by the management.
- Work may require standing/walking for a minimum of four to five hours per day.
- Work may require travel to and from in the community (accessible by public transport).
- Usual working hours may vary depending on the schedule of the client, Monday through Friday. Occasional early morning, evening and weekend work may be required.

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
