**Job Summary**
- Store operations
- Inventory Management
- Maintain Stock register as well as the stock entries in inventory software.
- Reduction of shrinkage & Total Loss
- Monitor and control expenses through efficient store operations.
- To Maintain All Store reports and data analysis
- To ensure timely flow of information to facilitate reviews, reporting and initiation of action.
- Maintain records of goods ordered and received.
- Prepare and process requisitions and purchase orders for supplies and equipment.
- Control purchasing department budgets.
- Analyze market and delivery systems in order to assess present and future material availability.
- Review purchase order claims and contracts for conformance to company policy.
- Resolve vendor or contractor grievances, and claims against suppliers.
- Reconciliation of all store material items.
