**Roles and Responsibility of Trainee-Microbiology**
1. To perform calibration of all the instruments related to Microbiology Lab and maintain record.
2. To perform all activities related to (Media preparation, Media Receiving storage, maintaining stock & performing GPT/ GIT testing) and maintain record.
3. To prepare media and maintain cGLP practices in microbiology area.
4. To Handle all activities related to operation of Autoclave (Media preparation/Media Destruction.) and maintain its record.
5. Responsible for Environment monitoring of classified areas by Settle plate method, Active Air sampling method, surface monitoring by contact plate method, surface swab method and maintain its record.
6. To perform Microbial evaluation of Environment, Personnel & Equipment’s and Drain points and maintain its record.
7. To prepare data sheet and trends of Microbiological evaluations, environment monitoring & water is testing.
8. To follow and ensure cGLP in Microbiology laboratory.
9. To follow Good laboratory practices in QCM department.
**Qualification**: B.Sc/M.Sc
- Microbiology/Biotechnology
**Experience**: Fresher
