JD:
- Strong experience with full-life cycle recruiting and IT recruitment
- Ability to utilize various recruiting tools to source and attract top talent
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet recruiting targets
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Experience in the software/technology industry is a plus
- Experience with hiring for emerging technologies is a plus
