5. **Site Safety**: Maintain a safe and secure work environment, implementing safety measures and protocols to protect the health and well-being of workers and occupants.
6. **Communication**: Act as a liaison between the design team, contractors, and clients, relaying information, updates, and addressing any concerns or questions.
7. **Problem Solving**: Address and resolve any issues that arise during construction, such as design modifications, unexpected site conditions, or disputes between stakeholders.
8. **Documentation**: Maintain records of all site activities, including daily reports, change orders, and progress photos. This documentation is essential for project tracking and dispute resolution.
