**Vasudev Edifice **is a dynamic and rapidly growing real estate firm specializing in residential properties, commercial real estate, and luxury homes. We need 25 tele callers as we are expanding our business in partnership with **Synergy Advisors.**

We pride ourselves on providing exceptional service and creating lasting relationships with our clients. As part of our expansion, we are looking for enthusiastic and driven individuals to join our team as Feet on Street Real Estate Agents.

**Position Overview**:
The Feet on Street Real Estate Agent will be responsible for on-the-ground, proactive marketing and client acquisition efforts. This role involves direct interaction with potential clients, property visits, and extensive networking to generate leads and drive sales.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Lead Generation**: Actively seek out potential clients through tele calling.
- **Client Interaction**: Engage with prospective buyers and sellers, provide information about available properties, and answer any inquiries.
- **Property Tours**: Conduct on-site property tours and open houses, showcasing the features and benefits of each listing.
- **Market Research**: Stay informed about market trends, property values, and competitive listings in the area.
- **Networking**: Build and maintain relationships with local businesses, community leaders, and potential clients to expand your network.
- **Reporting**: Provide regular updates on lead generation activities, client interactions, and market insights to the sales manager.
- **Documentation**: Assist clients with the necessary paperwork, ensuring compliance with all legal requirements and company policies.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with the office-based sales team to share insights and coordinate efforts to maximize sales opportunities.

**Qualifications**:

- **Education**: A degree in real estate, business, marketing, or a related field is a must.
- **Experience**: 2 year experience in Real estate is preferred but **two year Experience in sales is must.**:

- **Skills**: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, strong negotiation abilities, and a high level of motivation and drive.
- **Mobility: "** Must be willing to travel locally, have a valid driver’s license, and access to a reliable vehicle".
- **Technology**: Proficiency in using smartphones, tablets, and real estate-related software for communication and reporting.
