**Job description**

1) Analysing spatial data through the use of mapping software.

2) Discovering patterns and trends through spatial mapping of data.

3) Overseeing the planning and coordination of GIS activities to meet the outlined goals

4) Designing digital maps with geographic data and other data sources.

5) Creating "shapefiles" to merge topographical data with external data by layering external data over a topographical map.

6) Working experience on LANDUSE, LAND COVER for Environmental Impact Assessment projects will be added extra weightage.

7) Skills of Land use and land cover mapping, KML excreta

8) Good knowledge in operating the software of ArcGIS, GoogleEarth, Erdas Imagine, Map info etc.

9) Accountable for checking given project at various stages & offering for inspections of complete project within given deadline & as per quality requirements of NABET/QCI/Management.

10) To visit site as per requirement of the project & collect significant amounts of field work for data capture or data validation.

11) To carry on responsibilities as a functional area expert (FAE).

12) Many of the activities are project based. Therefore, the responsibilities will be carrying on as per requirement of the projects.

13) To maintain confidentiality of projects related data in soft and hard copy.

14) To maintain and manage documents in both form
- Hard & Soft Copy with specific file/folder name and as per quality policy of the company.

15) Effectively delivering the required output to meet the timescales agreed with the Management/reporting authority.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
