- Identify Process improvement and Process automation
- Interact with stakeholders so as to be able to influence improvement objectives
- Identify metrics that needs to be monitored rigorously so as to evaluate performance and identify improvement opportunities
- Have flair to identify opportunities, not just the bigger ones but also small improvements creating large impacts
- Be a key participant in initiatives that are aligned to strategic projects
