The Operations Executive - Contract Loading is responsible for overseeing the backend processes related to contract loading operations. This role involves meticulous documentation and adherence to operational procedures to ensure smooth functioning of contract loading processes.

**Key Responsibilities**:
Operations Management:
Efficiently manage the contract loading operations ensuring timely and accurate processing of contracts into the system.

Coordinate with various departments to gather necessary information and documentation required for contract loading.

Monitor and track contract loading progress, resolving any discrepancies or issues that may arise.

Backend Process Handling:
Handle backend processes associated with contract loading, including data entry, verification, and validation.

Ensure compliance with established protocols and guidelines during contract loading procedures.

Implement improvements to streamline backend processes and enhance efficiency.

Documentation Management:
Maintain comprehensive documentation related to contract loading activities, including contract details, amendments, and terminations.

Organize and archive contracts and related documents systematically for easy retrieval and reference.

Ensure accuracy and completeness of all documentation, adhering to regulatory requirements and company policies.

Communication and Collaboration:
Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Legal, and Finance, to facilitate smooth contract loading processes.

Communicate updates, issues, and resolutions to relevant stakeholders in a timely manner.

Foster a collaborative and supportive work environment conducive to achieving operational objectives.

**Qualifications and Skills**:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field.

Proficient in MS Office tools like Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Strong attention to detail and accuracy, with the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Proficiency in using computer software and systems for data entry, documentation, and process management.

Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

**Salary**: ₹18,000.00 - ₹21,000.00 per month
