Assembly Fitter

ob Title :Blower Assembler Mechanical

To perform Assembly and sub assembly of Machined & rotating components includes bearing assembly as per drawing requirements & proficient in inspecting and measuring the assembly components.

**Essential Duties & Responsibilities**:

- Study & review of engineering drawings for assembly of rotating components.
- Should able to prepare reports of the alignment and test report.
- Able to handle assembly and testing of rotating components.
- Should perform all the process of Marking, measuring, assembly, grinding & tack welding operations.
- Self-inspection of assemblies.
- Offering to QC for inspection of the assemblies produced
- Use of proper tools & instruments to produce right quality product.
- Safe handling of components either manually or by material handling equipment’s like Crane.
- Continuous Improvements through Kaizens. Perform other related duties as assigned whenever required.
- Maintain Clean & tidy workstation

**Knowledge, Skills & abilities.**
- Good Drawing interpretation knowledge especially machining & Assembly drawings.
- Hands on welding experience for tack welding.
- Hands on experience of Angle grinding, Pencil grinding & Cylindrical grinding..
- Hands on experience in bearing assemblies.
- Hands on experience of Material handling equipment’s like Cranes, Stackers etc.
- Hands on experience on machine alignment and levelling.
- Hands on experience in alignment machine to motor coupling alignment.
- Knowledge on material rigging methods.
- Good knowledge on usage of basic tools for Assembly like spanners, torque wrenches, Pullers, etc.
- Able to perform the task independently & to train freshers.
- Knowledge on hydraulics and cylinder assemblies is an added advantage.
- Knowledge on basic machining skills is an added advantage.

**Education & Experience.**

ITI Fitter/DME with 3 to 5 years of experience as assembler in Precision gearbox manufacturing industry

/Compressor Industry/Machine manufacturing industry or Industrial pump manufacturing and Mechanical

Maintenance.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
