Restaurant Trainer

RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Responsible for Conducting training courses on topics such as suggestive selling, product training, service standards, and point of sale/cash handling.
- Responsible for Working with ARM/RM/ZMto develop and execute a uniform on-boarding process.
- Responsible for Completing training needs assessments during field visits to identify knowledge, skills, and/or ability gaps.
- Responsible for Organizing pre-shift huddles and meetings.
- Responsible for Coordinating cross-training programs.
- Responsible for preparing training calendar.
- Responsible for Developing and implementing SOP’s.
- Responsible for training output and effectiveness reports.
- Responsible for maintaining the training records.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹24,000.00 per month
