**Key Responsibilities**:

- Identify and qualify leads through cold calling, networking, and other lead generation activities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients to understand their business needs and requirements.
- Present and demonstrate UTL IT SOLUTION's products and services to potential clients, highlighting their features, benefits, and value propositions.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing and technical departments, to develop customized solutions and proposals that address client needs.
- Negotiate and close sales deals, ensuring that revenue targets and sales quotas are met or exceeded.
- Provide ongoing support and account management to clients, addressing any issues or concerns and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Stay updated on industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to identify new sales opportunities and maintain a competitive edge.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum of 6 months of experience in IT sales, preferably in software solutions or IT services.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and quotas.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients.
- Excellent negotiation and persuasion skills, with the ability to effectively close sales deals.
- Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a drive to succeed in a fast-paced and competitive sales environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is an advantage.
