Art and Design Teacher

**Job Title: TGT Fine Arts**

D.G.V. Sr. Sec. Public School in Rohtak seeks a dedicated Art and Craft Teacher.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and deliver creative and innovative art lessons that cater to students' diverse interests, abilities, and learning styles.
- Teach various art forms and techniques, including painting, drawing, sculpture, pottery, origami, and other crafts.
- Provide hands-on demonstrations and instructions on how to use art materials, tools, and equipment safely and effectively.
- Encourage students to explore their artistic talents, experiment with different mediums, and express themselves creatively.
- Assess students' progress, skills, and understanding of art concepts through regular evaluations, projects, and portfolios.
- Provide constructive feedback, guidance, and support to help students improve their artistic skills and achieve their learning goals.
- Organize and coordinate art exhibitions, showcases, or events to display students' work and celebrate their achievements.
- Maintain a well-equipped and organized art studio, including inventory management, resource procurement, and safety protocols.
- Communicate effectively with students, parents, colleagues, and stakeholders regarding art programs, student progress, and upcoming events.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree or higher in fine arts, visual arts, art education, or a related field.
- Prior teaching experience in art education or a similar role is preferred.
- Proficiency in various art mediums, techniques, and tools.
- Strong creativity, artistic skills, and passion for teaching.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and contribute to curriculum development.
- Commitment to fostering a positive, inclusive, and culturally responsive learning environment.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
