**About the Program**:
Project Unnati Ki Shakti is a livelihood-based project under which SHG formation is one of the important components. The project focuses to empower the women & adolescent girls by helping them to identify their skills, interest, goals etc., & in the process make them financially self-reliant.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Liasoning with bank authorities, NRLM & other influential stakeholders for advocacy & smooth implementation of the intervention.
- Assist in coordinating with target groups for formation & mobilization for various interventional activities.
- Assist the intervention associate in maintaining the data with proper documentation.
- Provide overall operational support in the designated interventional location.
- Coordination with external trainers/experts/agencies to support any interventional activities.

**Required Skills & Competencies**:

- Willingness to travel on the field extensively.
- Should have two-wheeler of their own.
- Knowledge & understanding on issues related to self-help groups & community.
- Good interpersonal & communication skills.
- Ability to meet the reporting deadlines.

**Experience**: Maximum experience of at least 1 year in the development sector. Freshers are also welcome to apply.

**Position Availability**: Immediate

**Salary**: Rs. 15000 per month plus travel allowance.

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
