**Job Summary**
We are looking for a Finance Assistant to handle prepare, compute, manage, research and analyse all financial data, in order to provide quantitative information on performance, financial position, solvency, liquidity and cash flows of our business. Work from home options Available.

**Duties and Responsibilities**
- Complying with all company, local, state accounting and financial regulations.
- Compiling, analysing, and reporting financial data.
- Maintaining accurate financial records.
- Manage all accounting operations based on accounting principles
- Prepare budget and financial forecasts
- Publish financial statements in time
- Conduct month-end and year-end close process
- Collect, analyse and summarise account information
- Compute taxes and prepare tax returns, balance sheet, profit/loss statement etc
- Develop periodic reports for management
- Audit financial transactions and document accounting control procedures
- Keep information confidential and secure them with database backups
- Keep up with financial policies, regulation and legislation
- Performing audits and resolving discrepancies.
- Keeping informed about current legislation relating to finance and accounting.
- Assisting management in the decision-making process by preparing budgets and financial forecasts.

**Requirements**:

- Must have 2+ years accounting/Finance experience
- Must have a Bachelors degree in Accounting or Finance
- Must have experience in working with Zoho Books
- Knowledge and experience in Zoho payroll is a plus
- Knowledge and Experience in UAE Tax code is highly preferred
- Strong attention to detail and confidentiality
- Advanced computer skills in MS Office, accounting software and databases

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹200,000.00 - ₹360,000.00 per year

- Bachelor's (required)

**Experience**:

- Accounting: 2 years (required)
- Tax accounting: 2 years (preferred)
- Zoho Books: 1 year (required)
- Zoho Payroll: 1 year (preferred)
