**Key Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound calls to prospective clients, introduce our products/services, and identify their needs.
- Generate quality leads through effective communication and maintain a robust pipeline for the sales team.
- Follow up with potential customers to build relationships and encourage conversions.
- Handle inbound calls, addressing customer queries and providing relevant product/service information.
- Accurately record and manage customer information and lead data in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with the sales team to meet lead generation and conversion targets.
- Provide feedback to management about customer needs, suggestions, and common objections.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**:

- Excellent verbal communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Presentable, with a professional and positive attitude.
- Basic computer knowledge, particularly in MS Office and CRM software.
- Ability to build rapport quickly, handle objections, and maintain a positive attitude.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Prior experience in telecalling, lead generation, or customer service (optional but preferred).
- Goal-oriented mindset with an ability to meet and exceed lead generation targets.
- Problem-solving skills and ability to multitask.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
