**Roles and Responsibilities**:

- Conduct market research to identify customer preferences, market trends, and competitors' offerings.
- Process and manage customer orders, ensuring accurate and timely delivery.
- Develop pricing strategies based on cost analysis, market trends, and profitability goals.
- Coordinate with the production team to ensure timely manufacturing and delivery of finished leathers.
- Collaborate with the design team to develop visually appealing merchandising strategies.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, wholesalers, and retailers.
- Monitor sales performance, analyze data, and generate insightful reports for decision-making.
- Collaborate with the quality control team to ensure high product standards and resolve any issues.
- Foster effective communication and collaboration with internal teams and external stakeholders.

**Key Skills**:

- Proven experience in merchandising within the leather processing industry.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to conduct market research effectively.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office suite and data analysis tools.
- Knowledge of leather processing techniques, quality control, and industry standards.
- Ability to coordinate with internal teams for timely deliveries.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Attention to detail and a customer-focused mindset.
- Adaptability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a relevant field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in leather processing merchandising.
- Proficiency in market research techniques and data analysis.
- Familiarity with leather processing techniques, industry trends, and customer preferences.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong computer literacy, including MS Office suite.
- Ability to work collaboratively and independently.
- Demonstrated problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
