Female Back Office Assistant

**Responsibilities**:
- Create and maintain spreadsheets and databases using MS Excel.
- Prepare reports and presentations using MS Office.
- Manage files and records, ensuring that all documentation is properly stored and up-to-date.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure that all tasks are completed in a timely and efficient manner.
- Use basic Photoshop skills to assist with photo editing and graphic design projects as needed. [Optional]
- Perform other administrative duties as assigned by management.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
- Strong organizational and time management skills with a focus on attention to detail.
- Proficiency in MS Office and Excel, with the ability to learn new software and technology quickly.
- Experience with Gmail and basic Photoshop is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Strong work ethic and ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion when handling sensitive information.
**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
