We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Healthcare Administrator Officer to join our healthcare facility. **Responsibilities**:
Provide strategic leadership and guidance in the development and implementation of administrative policies, procedures, and systems.

Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring efficient utilization of resources, and optimizing workflow across departments.

Develop and manage budgets, monitor expenses, and identify opportunities for cost control and revenue enhancement.

Ensure compliance with relevant healthcare regulations, accreditation standards, and legal requirements.

Collaborate with medical staff to maintain a high standard of patient care, including implementing quality improvement initiatives.

Manage personnel matters, including recruitment, training, performance evaluation, and staff development.

Foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork, open communication, and employee engagement.

Establish and maintain effective relationships with external stakeholders, such as government agencies, community organizations, and healthcare partners.

Implement marketing and public relations strategies to enhance the visibility and reputation of the healthcare facility.

Stay updated on industry trends, advancements, and best practices to drive continuous improvement and innovation.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
- Proven experience in healthcare administration or a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of healthcare regulations, compliance standards, and industry best practices.
- Excellent leadership and decision-making skills, with the ability to manage and motivate a diverse team.
- Exceptional organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in using relevant software and technology to support administrative functions.
- Strong business acumen and financial management skills.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent, Fresher

**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
